When you make a reservation, we may authorize your credit card for 50% of the total rental cost. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will process the charge as a “store credit” and apply the amount toward your rescheduled rental.
If you cancel less than 24 Hours before your rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost, unless reschedule for another date and time.
Weather: If we should have to cancel your activity due to weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue you an activity credit voucher.
Activity Credit Voucher: An activity credit voucher is a non expiring voucher which allows you to schedule your activity for a future date
Between 3-5 business days.
Each jet ski will have a full tank of gas upon rental. If it’s low on gas during guest rental. The guest is responsible for filling the jet ski back up.
Snacks and drinks yes.
No alcohol.
Dogs are not allowed on jet skis.
Dogs are only allowed on the boat.
Will do a Bluetooth demonstration upon arrival
